Step by step

  1. Resolve the company registration number from a name or address
    GET /3/{pc}/companies?query=acme
  2. Pull the registry record and legal status
    GET /3/{pc}/company-data/companies/{country}/{orgNr}/info
  3. Identify ultimate beneficial owners for AML
    GET .../beneficial-owner
  4. Fetch directors and who may sign for the company
    GET .../directors · GET .../sign
  5. Confirm the bank account they gave you is registered to them
    GET .../accounts
  6. Score the company before approving
    GET /3/{pc}/control/companies/{country}/{orgNr}/main-rating
  7. Write the verified record back to your vendor master
Everything here is synchronous and independent — issue the Company Data calls in parallel and assemble client-side. A full onboarding pack is typically five concurrent requests.
